Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement and conduct ABA treatment: Behavior management, DTT, PRT, Social Skills, and Parent Education for families with children with special needs.
- Provide services authorized directly to the family and consumer.
- Maintain communication with consumers, parents, and caregivers via email and phone calls.
- Complete and submit time sheets accurately and promptly.
- Collect, review, summarize, and communicate data (data sheets, session notes, task analyses, ABC data sheets, parent goal data, etc.) and report progress to the Program Supervisor.
- Maintain communication with the Program Supervisor regarding mastery and new programs for each individual case.
- Conduct 1:1 consumer, parent, and caregiver sessions. All sessions are face-to-face and not conducted electronically.
- Attend quarterly staff meetings and professional development trainings.
- Report any incidents and parent communications to the Program Supervisor or Clinical Director.
- Submit SIR (Special Incident Report) within the same day of the incident.
- Contact the Program Supervisor and Administrative Department prior to cancellations.
